I really do agree . I have a cat who never goes outside so why do I have to clean up other people's dog waste? I do not want any dog owner to stop in my yard to let their dog do their business. I have seen some dog owners walking with their dog;s and they do not have a plastic bag to pick up the poop. Everyone should follow the rules of the park .

Not strict enough on pet owners who let their dogs do their business in other homeowners yards. I don't have any pets, but I do have small children and they can't even play in our yard until we clean up others dog waste. I don't think they should be allowed to walk their animals in the park, they should use their own yards or take them to a dog park for exercise.
