I called yesterday and asked if i needed to pay for the services that were supposed rendered the next if so id need to reschedule. the receptionist said no the physical should be free. I went there today she asked for my information and told much my past due balance was etc. the problem wasnt i had to pay to be seen. I came back to this clinic for a second opinion. 1st) The Hispanic girl checking ppl in, is unpleasant and unwelcoming. Her initial comment was" we tried calling you several times to confirm " 2nd) The Dr rushed me, I tried to explain what's going on but Dr was only worried about 1 thing 3rd) The MA who tried to do my labs was so nervous, we tired several times. She was awesome but more training is needed
They NEVER answer the phone. never ever ever and I can't ever leave voicemail because voicemail box is always full. This has been going on for months and from what I remember the same last year. How do yall ever get appointments set up when yall dont answrr phone ? I'm not gonna drive down there just to speak to someone cause it's an hour long drive
