Beach Lane Management is run by a bunch of old, rich, very white imbeciles whose mission is to suck every single penny of you. On top of that, once they overcharge and lock you in one of their painstakingly expensive contract, all I can say is good luck living in one of their units. My building manager, Fabjan Bana, has a stick so far up his arse that he's ignored every building violation so he can spend more time using my hard earned rent money on grooming his hair and buying business suits.
