Beach Lake provided monitoring services for us for $60 per month after they acquired our previous monitoring company. We had an issue with the alarm system, so we called Beach Lake who sent out a technician. The technician was onsite for 2 hours to perform some routine tasks, and they sent us a bill for $1500.
