My nephew, Brent, has Down Syndrome and was being seen by Dr. Beach in Phoenix. Brent moved to Prescott in Dec 2022. As his legal guardian, I have been trying for nearly 2 years to get a copy of his medical records. I have tried via phone and email, and have never received a response. The Division for Developmental Disabilities has also tried, also without success. I believe Dr. Beach and 43rd Medical think he's no concern of theirs since he's no longer their patient.
