Totally have fallen in love with this resort and it’s vintage vibe and Penny it’s just a wonderful host and runs the resort. The people were so friendly that were staying here. It’s just going to be our home away from home for now on. I definitely encourage anyone to try and have a stay there. You will not regret it. It’s just the most relaxing time you could possibly have.
We have been coming to Beach Island Resort for about 7 years, always clean and family friendly. Penny is nothing but amazing anything you need, she's got it. We got married the week before we came to the beach 🏖️, Penny was aware and had our room, just perfect, she had flowers, champagne 🍾🥂, and glasses and a bottle of fireball. She remembered from the year before it was Tripp's favorite... She is just simply the best she has become part of our family ❤️. Penny thank for making this honeymoon very special. I just stayed at Beach Island in January 2025 for one month. After staying at different motels in the Space Coast area over the years, I have found my home away from home when I visit my family in Cocoa Beach. The staff (Penny and Donna), the rooms, and the location is perfect. Walk out of your room for 30 seconds and you are on the beach! The courtyard is beautiful if you choose to enjoy the sparking clean whirlpool or heated pool. The people staying there were friendly and no smoking. I can't find fault.
