Had the best time! Penny was so kind and helpful! The pool was just the right temp and the beach was just a hop skip and jump away! The room 112 was cozy and had everything we needed as well. We love the history of the property because in the 50’s the astronauts stayed and lived here during their training. Fun things to do are within a mile of the property and a free golf cart transport will pick you up and take you from 9-8 every day. A perfect time for our family!
Needs to be remodeled!
3/23/25. Spent two nights here as we explored the cocoa beach area. Very friendly staff and clean units. The units are early 1970’s era but in good condition. Beach is fabulous and you can walk into town as it is only a mile away on wide flat sidewalks. Book your vacation here I guarantee you’ll love it. A Perfect Beach Getaway! Beach Island Resort truly makes the most of its space, and has absolutely everything you need for a relaxing and convenient stay! They have a fully equipped BBQ area, with a large patio, tables, chairs, and all the grilling accessories you could need! They have a picnic/lounge area with an ocean view! They have a laundry room, which to us is a big deal! We always like to wash everything up before we head home!
