The customer service is worse than horrible it is non existent! Every time we called the person answering the phone told us Ashlee (our broker) would return our call. After many months and more than six phone calls, Ashlee was finally the person that answered the phone. We spoke to Ashlee about the issues we needed addressed on our policy and Ashlee said she would handle them and get back to us, which she never did. I have not had a good experience with this business. I recently needed help. They did not respond to my emails. They did not answer the phone on multiple calls and then got the information wrong on my quote. Let's hope your insurance needs are not time sensitive.

I sent them very detailed personal information (on a form they sent me with many typos) and never received a quote. I called to see if it would indeed be worth my time to send all my info and they ensured it would be. Very unprofessional and disrespectful of customer’s time.
