Tracy is an amazing person to work with. Her empathy and caring really shine bright. Not only did she help with my anxiety but also provided other tools and techniques to further help. She is an amazing listener and my conversations with her were enjoyable. The hypnosis was geared toward my needs and I felt complety relaxed under the hypnosis. 100% would recommend.
Tomorrow will officially be 6 weeks I have quit smoking (all naturally). No supplements. Before going under hypnosis the thought of quitting sent me into tears.
