Tracy was amazing. She meets you for who you are, as you are, with the hope she can help you become a better you. She passed on helpful tools I can use for life and let me know that even though our sessions were over, she would be in my corner to help anytime I need. :)

Tomorrow will officially be 6 weeks I have quit smoking (all naturally). No supplements. Before going under hypnosis the thought of quitting sent me into tears. I was a pack a day smoker for 27 years. I never attempted to quit before. After my first session I immediately cut down to 5 a day and it was easy.
