I ordered the Santa Cruz on October 16th around 4 pm. The ingredients and sandwhich tasted great. But whoever put the sandwhich together had no balance. As soon as I put the bread on top to try to make the sandwhich balanced all the ingredients slid out the side. It was like they made the sandwhich in a corner. My suggestion is to put ingredients and meat on the sandwhich so that it is balanced. Not on everything on 1 side of the sandwhich..... While my husband and I were eating our sandwiches, we noticed the ladies in the back never washed their hands nor used gloves to make everyone’s food. Usually I NEVER complain, but they were cleaning out cabinets, sweeping floors, playing on their phones and then grabbing the bread and tomatoes. Sweet ladies, but need maybe a proper Leader?
