Beautiful stay at Koko’s Beach House #2. The house was clean and spacious and featured a brilliant pool and alfresco area. It was very homely and it is a great place for a family or couples. I will definitely come back!
House we stayed in was clean, well equipped and in a great location to the beach and town. Communication with Rob was easy and efficient. Will use these guys again next time we visit.
My 5 girlfriends from uni and I had a wonderful stay at Kokos3 at Byron Bay over the last 5days. Such a gorgeous high end townhouse with all the luxuries and our own pool. I highly recommend this property for so many reasons but especially the quality of the property and only a 10 minute walk to town and so much to do! The Farm, Mullumbimby spa house, beach walks and swims. So love Byron Bay!
We enjoyed our stay - HOWEVER were charged $100 (1.5 hours of additional cleaning) by their cleaner to attend to a so called spill on the tiles in the kitchen. I know for a fact there was no sticky spill in the kitchen that required 1.5 hours to clean. I found this group to be totally unresponsive to my requests to have this escalated. They just kept wanting to spend me the invoice (that was deducted automatically from my card) when the real issue is the time & cost!
