We had an amazing vacation. The management was on top of their game. We felt very welcome and the attention to details was very impressive. Much nicer than an Airbnb.
In July 2025 we spent a week at Oceania on the beach at Jensen Beach. The house was amazing and stocked with items like we had never seen. We had a group of 16 including a 7 mo old. Al, the host, who was also amazing and extremely attentive, provided a welcome basket for the group and a baby welcome basket. From splashing in the waves to kayaking in the bay we had a great vacation at Carpe Diem. Beach Houses in Paradise provided a wonderful experience! The house was very well stocked with everything we needed for inside and outside of the house. The provided beach items and outside toys are a huge plus. Our kids loved kayaking and paddle boarding. BHIP always responded promptly when we reached out to them . We would highly recommend renting with this company and have already booked a house with them next year.
I had a reservation for 21 people with half traveling from overseas and they cancelled our reservation only 3 days prior to our check in date. We were told the owner sold the property and that the new owner would not honor the reservation. They have not answered the phone nor replied to my messages after cancelling. They are not reliable and I do not recommend anyone to entrust their vacation to them.
We stayed at Chateau de le Mer. It was wonderful for a big group like ours. The house was stocked with more than we could have imagined. Made packing for the trip easier than it’s ever been. Highly recommend any of their properties. Excellent company to work with.
