We have a couple November birthdays in our family, so we decided to rent this lovely beach house for the week and it did not dissapoint. We stayed in "Avalon" with access to the ocean and the bay. The sweeping views from the home were breathtaking. As advertised, the home is generously appointed with everything you may need and then some...It was spacious and comfortable. My family and I had a fabulous time at Aquatopia North of Beach Houses in Paradise in early November 2025. The property had everything we needed like spices and proper cookware, pool/beach supplies, and entertainment such as water toys, puzzles, and boardgames. Al, the property manager, was very responsive and answered every question we had promptly and thoroughly. We recommend Beach Houses in Paradise to anyone looking for a comfortable stay, we'll definitely be back on our future visits to Florida!
We stayed in Eden Beach House in August 2025. It was amazing! The house was clean and equipped beyond our expectations....not only in beach, River and water toys and game room, but in child safety, and needs as well. They had pre-installed baby gates and as many high chairs and play pens as we needed (already set up for us). The house is beautiful and clean! Al with management was very attentive and responsive. We had an amazing vacation. The management was on top of their game. We felt very welcome and the attention to details was very impressive. Much nicer than an Airbnb.
In July 2025 we spent a week at Oceania on the beach at Jensen Beach. The house was amazing and stocked with items like we had never seen. We had a group of 16 including a 7 mo old. Al, the host, who was also amazing and extremely attentive, provided a welcome basket for the group and a baby welcome basket. We always have trouble with ice at houses -- Oceania had 2 dedicated ice machines. We used the paddleboards, kayaks, umbrellas, canopies, beach chairs, pool, fishing equipment every day.
