We are currently staying at Beach House Suites and, unfortunately, our experience has been disappointing. While the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and it’s nice to have access to the Don Cesar, the overall experience has fallen well below expectations. The biggest issue has been housekeeping. We checked in on Sunday, and our room wasn’t cleaned at all until we finally complained on Thursday. Even then, the cleaning was incomplete, with bagged trash still left in the room. We travel 1-2 times a month, and this was my third trip in June. We were traveling for my birthday with our 4 & 6 year olds. I would not consider the Don luxury. Due to the kids we booked a room at Beach House but we went back and forth between the two properties. Beach service guys and shuttle drivers were awesome 5/5.
