We were initially in a pickle, having been double booked through another management company, we were referred to Tawnya and she helped immensely. The property we stayed in was everything as advertised and we had a seamless and zero issues week long vacation. All around wonderful stay!
Stayed at 1288, nice house, clean, Tawnya was quick to respond and resolve one minor issue with the golf cart the first day, was fixed in less than two hours. Will use this agency again!
Would definitely use this company to book another beach house. Very responsive and great customer service. My family and I stayed at a beach house in Ocean Lakes and were not able to get any of the tvs to work, I texted Tawyna and she immediately offered to come to the house and fix the tvs for us. We really appreciated that. Checking in and checking out of our house were both very simple to do.
