I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at the Beach House Motel. The room was quiet, had a very comfy bed, full-featured kitchenette, great shower and a really cool, relaxed, traditional-motel atmosphere. The location couldn't be better, with cafes and restaurants almost next door, and the lovely strand over the road (wow, how that has changed in 20 years!). Thanks Julie and the team for a great base-camp for my long weekend.
Fantastic location, over road from beach. Room are older style but are clean and well maintained, people in reception are very easy and nice to deal with.
Good place for a stopover.
Ordered a ginger beer $20 would’ve ordered a cocktail at this price never again and no prices available so don’t know if that’s correct or not Served by backpackers who struggle with English No WiFi available or so I was told, Nice view won’t be coming back after my experience extortionate it’s Townsville not Sydney harbour
