The only plus is the location. The room is dirty and smelly. The fridge is rusty and smelly. Carpet dirty. Fan dirty. Peeling paint. Torn curtain. The shower cubicle and door lots of mildew. The swimming pool green and disgusting
Great location, right smack bang in the middle of the Strand. The room was clean & comfy & had everything I needed. The staff were very friendly & helpful. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Nerissa
Important to see adertising renovated rooms a lot of rubbish . we stayed for a week in a room after bokking a year ahead 3 metres by 5 meters with dated rubbish so called furniture and the double bed could you could not access from both sides ..To add if you did not shut the screen door in the shower the person next door looks into you shower..Avoid Avoid the Hotel up the road 12 storys high Aquarus a better deal been there now twice a better deal ..This place is for a one day make their money not a week stay as i saw ...
We are so thankful to Jemma. We called after 09:00 pm last night . No booking was made before . You were very helpful, welcoming and super kind . Our room was clean and comfy bed . Thank you very much for hosting us . We will be back .
