Great JEANS & the price is nice. So many cute tops. I like the jewelry selection. This boutique is unique. They have great customer service.
♀️ 20+ years ago when I was in South Haven on quite a regular basis, Janey's Beach House became My Very Favorite Boutique to find "a special little something" to wear and feel My Best in. Unfortunately, I havent had the privilege of shopping there for maybe 3-4 years. But today as I was retrieveing my Spring & Summer clothes from storage, I am reminded that I Still have several items that remain favorites. If I could give it ZERO stars, I truly would. I've been a customer for many years and today was the last time. It took a good 5 minutes to be greeted and another 5 for her to ask me if I needed help....there were 3 other ladies in there that she recognized. I told her that I was looking for something to wear to a funeral and she asked "was it someone local" and when I said no, that was the end of the conversation...no empathy, no sorry, no nothing.
