We liked the Beach House Bar & Grill and plan to make it an annual luncheon when our daughter and her husband visit!! The prices were a little on the high side, but the food was good, (halibut was excellent), we had good service and the location was desirable. It was much easier than driving all the way into Seattle to eat on the waterfront. Parking is limited, however...but FREE.
The Beachhouse paella is great. If they are busy and you don't have a reservation, ask if there is any space in the lower bar. They have a few tables there with open seating (and minors are allowed). Lower bar has the same great views, though the service may be a little slower than in the main restaurant. If the sky is not overcast, time your visit for sunset... It's the perfect spot.
The food was good. The service was not, the waiter never returned with malted vinegar for my steak sandwich and I asked for a special request on my food to which I was informed was not possible but after questioning him about it he ended up complying with my request. Prices were a little high 17$ for steak sandwich and fries.

The food was ok. Service was good. The view is really nice. This place is really small and parking is a complete nightmare. Only 8 designated parking spots, the rest is sreet parking along Lk Washington Blvd.
