Beach replaced a AC/Heat unit in our condo about three years ago. They were reliable, the replacement was efficient and timely. We felt we received good value for our money. We recently had an issue with the compressor unit. I called for service and we had assistance the next day. They had the parts on the truck and we had AC within the hour. They are an excellent local company to deal with.

My AC was blowing tepid air… I called and they were willing to come to my house that afternoon… They didn’t try to sell me a new system as I have experienced with other AC companies in other properties… the technician was friendly, knowledgeable, good with dogs 😂… and came up with a solution to my AC problem and then proceeded to have parts on hand and fix the problem…. I would recommend Beach to anyone big or small!!

Reid and his team at Beach Heating and Air are extremely responsive, professional, and reasonably priced. The day we moved into our place in Hilton Head, one of our systems went out. We called them on the recommendation of our contractor and they showed up immediately. They were able to replace the system that day and we weren’t even customers at that point. Professional and fixed same day… within an hour. Knowledgeable, so no time waisted on repair time. Great experience! Will add to my contacts for any AC needs. And will recommend.
