Relax - Rejuvenate - Awaken is what I experienced at Beach Health Retreat. The personal one on one Treatment and program designed for me was exactly what I was looking for I chose the week stay. Ian & Deb the most wonderful Professional Hosts they truly put together the most amazing program for me with pure guidance daily..
