A resident here for almost 11 years now. The building is good, clean. My apartment is spacious with a lot of sunlight and ventilation. The appliances are good quality. Management and maintenance is quick and good. The best thing is my building is right in front of Coney island hospital and the bus stop (B1, B4, B36). Park, school and grocery stores and delis are at walking distance. Love this place.
Nice place for family life and security
My lease ended and getting them to remove my account has been next to impossible. Their number doesn't work and they use revona who doesn't know how to contact them. They need to do better.
