We have used Beach Getaways Management for 15 years. There are many places to pick from and typically have something to meet your needs.
Some of the rentals are not taken care of!! One place we rented had cheap plastic vents in the bathroom and our kids foot went through it and cut up his foot/heal they didn't do anything but say stay away from it the rest of our trip. The washer was filled with dirty rust water that smelled and did not work to drain it out..

My boyfriend and I, along with 6 of our other friends stayed at Gecko Cottage #24 for July 4th weekend and it was everything I didn't know I needed. Location: The cottage is in the main area of Ocean City where the beach and boardwalk are two blocks away. It is off of the main road of Philadelphia Ave but the cottage is more secluded, its lowkey, and it's not busy with people - which is definitely a plus if you're traveling during covid.
