Awesome gym… my place to be for the 4 months I spent in Southampton! Good equipment, good vibe and very friendly front desk staff :)

Gym was GREAT. Has eveything one needs to work out - variety of machines (free weight, hammersmith, universal-type), tons of dumbbells, aerobic equipment, TRX, etc. Also a bike studio and can use the bikes when no classes. Pricing is very very reasonable, especially for the area. No need to worry about bringing weights if renting a house in the vicinity or even if out there all summer as eveything you need is there. Great local gym, not too crowded on weekends, good equipment including treadmills, rowers, spin bikes, dumbbells, barbells, squat rack, some kettlebells, cable stacks Two minor shortcoming - WiFi in the lower level isn't reliable, and the bike rack is meh

Great little gym. Has everything you need. Never busy or crowded. Pleasant laid back staff. Always a pleasure.

Local gym, friendly atmosphere, plenty of equipment/weights, two rooms, upstairs/diwnstairs. Not crowded. Michele is a great personal trainer, works with all levels. You can work out here and be able to concentrate on what works for you without any hassle. Staff very helpful and professional.
