I went in on a Sunday at 4:15 and they close at 5. My son is two years old and has pink eye. Needing to be seen with goop coming out of his eye balls, the front desk girl tells us they’re not taking any more patients for the day. What’s the point of urgent care if you can’t get urgent care? Hope your business fails.

Thought I might have broken a small bone in my foot. A bit of a wait which is typical in an urgent care place. The staff members were mostly okay and nice. The doctor was a little disinterested. Got an X-ray, but they were unsure about the break. I got a boot and foot wrap. As soon as I could, I went to Tidelands to an orthopedic doctor who did a higher grade X-ray and a break was found.
