I called to make an appointment with my contacts and they told me that it was not possible. I told them that my insurance only covers my glasses that I was going to pay for the contact lens consultation and they told me that the girl who attended me was not very rude, I really need to go to consultation

I recently had to return to the office for a new visit. My old review still stands but Dulce at the front desk is exceptional. Dulce worked through the 2 years of misery this office and it’s clients endured. She is the Only staff who survived and knows how to navigate a new environment for me to feel comfortable coming back. The machine that photographed my eyes was not designed to accommodate the human nose. My head was Manually Pressed by the Doctor Into the machine surface to get the image needed. I scheduled this appointment on February 25 and waited until March 2 to be seen at Beach Eye Medical Group (3300 E South St #105, Long Beach, CA 90805). I provided my insurance in advance, and they confirmed it was accepted before giving me the appointment. Today I spent about an hour traveling from Beverly Hills and another hour going back, only to be told while I was filling out paperwork that they do NOT accept my insurance after all. Horrible awful place I went here I believe last year and I had no insurance at the time and paid all my consultations out of pocket and later on they kept on harassing me that I owed money they started with $25 and then they built up to $180 I don’t have an Idea how they came up with that amount, I will consult with a lawyer and press charges at this scam place!
