Absolutely loved my experience here—huge thanks to Mikaela and Ryan. They put me at ease right away and made the whole process genuinely enjoyable. I’m someone who thinks out loud and may change my mind a few times, and they were endlessly patient, kind, and helpful. I have called over 5 times in the past week and a half and no one has picked up the phone. It goes to voicemail, and they never call me back even when I leave all of my information. I need new glasses but I guess I have to go somewhere else even though I was recommended by a family member to go here. I find it hard to believe that “no one can pick up the phone” ever to schedule a new patient. Very disappointing.
Worked with Jordan she was amazing, knowledgeable and helpful and friendly.
