Great Experience! Only E-Bike available for families including children under 18. Right next to a beautiful and easy to ride bike path on the beach!
Overall my family and had a great time. I’m giving 1 star for what happened when we returned the bikes. When the attendant asked how it went, my wife and I both provided feedback regarding the equipment. One bike had made a humming sound while accelerating and another had a pedal that struck the frame on every stride. The attendant accused my wife of dropping the bike stating that he checked them prior to renting them to us. He escalated the situation by threatening to charge us a damage fee but then waived it. The staff at Beach E Biking was very friendly and knowledgeable. Renting from them was fast and easy. Their location is perfect.
My son and wife have beach cruisers, and I needed to rent an e-bike. We found this place online, and they were very friendly and easy to work with. Explained the bike well, and I had a great time! Nice padded seat too! I'll be back to rent again.
