I've stayed at SouthPointe Villas many times - in at least four different units, and really enjoy the small, gated complex, nice pool and uncrowded beach. You really can't find better beach access than this complex. Only half the units are rented and the owners are very nice and welcoming. The positive: Location was great. Listed ONE bathroom, but actually had 2 (Thankfully). A/C was kickin'. The pool was pretty nice. That is all the positive I can say. This unit almost appears unrentable to me. Many amenities were not working, like dishwasher, wonky stove top, disposal, the laundry "facility" was inoperable. Furniture unclean, this includes couches. Flooring needs replacing, wallpaper peeling, moldy vents, Multiple outlets sparked but one of the main ones in the living area (the one under the A/C control) was... read more
The building is just horrible J&P property can not be described of how horrible it is
