AMAZING CONCEPT with trained and trustworthy coaches! My 6 yr old daughter has autism and adhd, beach cowboy fitness has become our second home! She feels safe, loved and most of all she gets her energy out! BONUS - I get to leave to do shopping & runs errands during the session (a little me time 🩷). This is a great place for kids with special needs to learn new skills, get stronger and have fun. The coaches are incredible: they are competent, kind and enthusiastic. A special bonus is that you’ll get to play with an amazing pup Benji:)
We love bringing our soon to be 8 year old son to Beach Cowboy Fitness. Coach Cam, Mike & Wendy are kind and patient with our son, who is on the autism spectrum. The coaches design fun and interesting workouts that are always changing, helping to keep our son engaged. Highly recommend BCF for your child's fitness needs.
