Not really sure where to start. Our room was dirty and out dated. The walkway leading to our room, 905, smelt like pure urine. The entire time we stayed, it only got worse. Pools crowded, the area where they have ping pong ball tables and corn home set up is disgusting. Seriously questioned the structural integrity of the building after about our second day and getting a good look. I stayed at a room through AirBnB. The hotel gives off an overall dirty and dated vibe. The halls leading to our room smelled overwhelmingly of urine. Like people were peeing on the carpet there. The view and location are spectacular and all of the pools in front are nice. They never feel crowded because there are so many. The elevators are a nightmare. Be prepared for literal lines trying to use them.

We recently stayed at Beach Cove Resort. The location was fantastic—right on the beach and close to restaurants, shopping, and everything we wanted to do. Unfortunately, the accommodations didn’t live up to the photos on the website. The room was dated and in need of some TLC. The biggest disappointment was the pull-out sofa mattress. It was badly worn, stained, and in poor condition, making it uncomfortable and unacceptable for a guest to sleep on. (See photo.) Front desk staff were so helpful. Room was great, nice and clean, well-equipped, comfy beds. Multiple pools and hot tubs, and loved the lazy river! We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

I felt the need to leave a good review after my stay since the last couple of reviews can be misleading. Pool area is definitely a plus for the kiddos and the bar for us big kids. Not a lot of chlorine on pools and they have a lot of beach stuff for you to borrow. The resort is in a great location and for the price is worth it!
