Our room was a little rough but customer service and location was top notch.
We stayed here last month and, while the price is reasonable, you get what you pay for. The room itself was Ok, except that our balcony door was broken when we arrived and had to have maintenance fix. Front desk staff was rude to my husband when he checked in. We also only received a partial refund of our deposit without any communication or explanation of why. I have called and emailed and no one will get back to me. It's a little shady in my opinion.
I was just there to work on the fire alarm. But it was a really nice place. I would stay there myself if I didn't live here.
