Front office staff is extremely rude.
They are very helpful and trying to make you feel better
After 13 months today was my last session with Ivanna… and I wasn’t prepared for how emotional that would feel. I’ve seen a handful of therapists over the past 20 years, and while many were helpful, they often felt very clinical. Professional… but distant. I see Eric and Ivana for psychology and psychiatrist help. I cannot imagine going anywhere else. These 2 are so amazing I cannot see me seeing anyone else. They provide a safe space, and always listen to your needs and or help you heal from the inside out. I have a chronic illness and a autoimmune disease. So its hard dealing with all of the physical stuff, that i decided to get help mentally where that is so important. So they are stuck with me. I highly recommend I wish there was 10 stars 5 for each.
Mrs Nora help my daughter feel comfortable to open up too. She’s like a second mom/auntie and my baby girl listen and take heed to her. I’m happy Mrs. Nora take the time and patience to listen and redirect my daughter to be honest and truthful to herself. FYI her advise works on me too. Thank you
