We feel so lucky to have found Brooks and his team to renovate our house. He was so flexible, communicative, responsive and did GREAT work - from roofing, siding, windows - to tilework and finishes - we were so happy with everything. This was a big project and they completed it well ahead of schedule and worked with us at every turn on budget. Would recommend Beach Concepts 10/10.
Totally renovated our house. Brooks will go out of his way to do it right, his team is very hard working. We keep using them for other smaller jobs too and will continue to do so.
Brooks & Jason of Beach Concepts were amazing during our extensive remodel of our house in Dewey Beach architected by Element Design Group. This was a major remodel as we added a second floor with an extension to the foundation and went down to the studs on the existing structure, replacing the electric, HVAC, plumbing, insulation, siding, decking and even the floorboards. Beach Concepts did a full renovation of my townhouse in Rehoboth Beach, including new kitchen, new bathrooms, new floors, doors, basically a new house. They also did some reconfiguring of the kitchen by moving a wall, bathroom, and removing a post to really open up the space (had to add a structural beam to the ceiling to accomplish).
