We have stayed at many resorts and I have to say that the customer service and response with Perdido Key Realty has been amazing. We have had problems in other rental units (like Atwater leak from actual several floors up) just miles away in Alabama and sometimes we never got a response at all. These people know what customer service is. The place and the view is lovely by the way and the location is wonderful.
One of two elevators broken for entire week of trip. Average wait of 5 minutes and sometimes 10 min to get to your room. Check in and checkout days were chaotic as families tried to move luggage. The"functioning" elevator had issues, occasionally resetting the floors entered and taking everyone to the bottom. For an hour on one day, both elevators were closed leaving stair-only access to the 18-floor tower. Units are ok. Outdated for what you pay, but it's supply and demand for a beautiful view.
