We stayed in Room 106C and would absolutely book it again. The biggest reason is the value for the location. You’re only about a 5-minute walk to the beach, and you never have to cross the main road, making it an easy walk even while carrying your beach gear. The condo was clean, the air conditioning worked great, the shower had good water pressure, and parking was never an issue. Very run down, neglected rooms at this resort. The sofa was a light gray, filthy cloth with stains throughout. There was a pinkish stain right in the center that looked like old blood or red juice. We threw a comforter over the top because there was no way we were sitting on that sofa. The rooms had not been painted in YEARS. There were scuff marks and chipped paint everywhere, in every room.
