I have lived here for 6+ years. The management here is horribly lazy and very one-sided. She has stolen my property and then at that point she has made a vendetta against me and fines me for every little thing. She does not fine the other residents for same offense., As an owner, I have the right to ask for the records for the fines, and she is refused to give them to me. We did appreciate how close this place was to the beach, but the dishwasher stunk and the "clean" dishes were not clean at all. We had to wash everything from plates to silverware before using them. The pots and pans desperately need to be replaced as well. Also, quiet time on their website says 10pm, but posted on the door in the apartment says quiet time is 7pm. Overall, it wasn't a terrible experience, but they need to get better housekeepers and update some of the furniture.
