They're alright
This clinic has to have the worst reception girl’s on the peninsula they can never refund Medicare which I might add at every other clinic it’s instant and automatic and smooth here just except to never get any return’s ever !! As well as not returning the deposit they make you pay on top of the $98.
Extremely unfriendly reception service who mislead me in to an absence of the phone appointment option and since i did move away and no longer can attend in person thats a bugger, a quick note to the (awesome) doctor for a remote skript extention could have prevented ALL the hasstle but instead turned into he say she say debacle with no brake through and no giving in. AI would have done better on human level. Medics great - staff not worth the money. Doctor isnt available til next week but will sign the medical file release ... read more
