Cute place. I’ve had great experiences here! The owner is so nice.
Today was my first time at Beach Cities Yoga and I was extremely happy!! The location was easily accessible, and close to the beach. I loved how the window opens up and allows you to feel like you are outside right on the beach, feeling the wind hit your skin as you practice. Our teacher, David C., was awesome! He was great at walking us through the positions, and since The class size was small it allowed him to assist in proper positioning for our poses, which was great !!
