I have been working with Julie for well over a year now and I can she and her team at Beach Cities Wellness are beyond amazing! I was going through an extremely hard time after having my first child, balancing hormones, gut inflammation, and overall health. Julie gave me my life back! This might sound like an exaggeration but it’s not!!!! Before I saw Julie I was depressed, lethargic, unmotivated, despondent , and 'wilting on the vine'. With only two appointments Julie has given me more answers regarding my health than my primary care physician and gynecologist have over the last 10 years. My primary care physician labs kept saying everything was okay however I was far from okay. Julie diagnosed me with Hashimoto’s and provided me a detailed plan of action.
