We recently stayed at this property recently. The location is great, and the property provides quality lawn chairs and umbrellas for the beach free of charge. Our unit was on the bay side and had a great view of Sarasota Bay from our screened-in balcony. Unfortunately, the unit itself was outdated and dirty. When we checked in, we found potato chips and a used kleenex tissue on the floor. There were also several dead bugs. Obviously, the cleaning between customers was unsatisfactory. Just a walk across the street to the beautiful beach. Wonderful pool and hot tub
