Consumers be ware..... I used Bob Beach carpet cleaning to extract water from my basement and I asked him on the phone what the cost would be so I had an ideal and he said probably $140 to $150. I said ok come out and do it. He showed up on Tue. Was here for 3.5 hours. He never once told me the price was going to be any different. He came back later that night even though my husband said we can call you if we need you and he insisted he want to come back out and check on us.... we hell yeah I know why he was so adimit now...... read more
