Beach Bums has convenient hours and polite staff. If I ask how many minutes I have left, they are more than happy to answer that, and any other question I might have. Stations are always super clean and there is a notice whenever new bulbs are put in.
They always fit me in at the last minute if need be, are very helpful explaining products and services. Nice friendly staff, I highly recommend!
