I would like to tell you that I have never had a problem coming to your 75th street location until yesterday. I had called yesterday to schedule an appointment with Lauren for a airbrush and I just feel like it was so much commotion going on. I had called yesterday early afternoon and a woman was very polite and told me that Lauren was off for the day. I would have rescheduled if I didn't have an event that I had to attend to. Love Lauren my airbrush the best. I only go when I know she is working and will never go to another salon. I have been airbrushing for many many years. She is professional and the ability to remember me as a client and the conversations we have had in the past are what make her unique. Wherever she goes, I will go, so hold on to her!
