Positive experience overall. The clinic was quiet and the receptionist very accommodating. I had my first nerve conduction study with Dr. Andrew Clarke — he was reassuring, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process far less stressful than I expected.
My mother saw him for neuro help. He’s was extremely caring and came down to her level. No question was silly to ask. He gave her all the time in the world. If you want someone very smart, loves his job and caring. This is the man for you.
I had a very positive experience during my visit to Beach Brain, both with the neurologist I saw and the admin staff. I saw Dr Brett Travers for a rare condition, and he was both knowledgable and kind, answering all of my questions thoroughly and with care. Afterwards he sent an incredibly detailed letter to my GP outlining everything we discussed and ongoing treatment, which was greatly appreciated, and the most thorough communication I've ever had from a specialist. My sister's experience with Dr Barton was deeply disappointing. Despite having a wide range of neurological symptoms including sleep jerks, hallucinations, and disrupted cognition, she was told that ibuprofen wouldn't help with brain inflammation — even though she had a clear symptomatic improvement after taking it.
