Disgusting services, my partner has been turned away twice after being referred.
I cannot speak highly enough of the doctors and staff at Beach Brain, Birtinya and Sippy Downs. They are collectively sincere professionals who treat patients with compassion, empathy, kindness, and respect, whilst conducting thorough tests and providing full insight and treatments available. Yes, I have a review for Dr David Wang. My first Appointment was in October 2025. One (1) hour of me watching him asking questions and yawning constantly, plus moving around in his chair.Just couldn't be bothered. I finally asked him if he was tired..."Yes, had a late one" ...The only information I received was "take Asprin for the rest of your life"...I did mention that I do not agree with taking any medication. Care factor seems 0 Have made several phone calls over a 4 week period to speak to psychologist for my wife. No one calls back even though they promise to follow up and get back to me. Guess it must be good to have such an abundance of patients you don't need to worry about service. To your reply, I wasn't told there's a waiting list for the psychologist, in fact when I rang on Monday I was told she would follow it up and suprise today being Thursday I had to call up to find out what's happening.
