I had new tires put on my car and had a problem with my rear seat disengaging. Ethan and Stan kept me informed, the work was done in a timely manner and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend.
Pros: appointments can be scheduled, coffee while you wait Cons: poor communication, wait period for parts of a few days, a menu of charges for every little thing and poor customer service. Waited quite awhile to post this review because I wasn’t in the mood for the manager’s response I’ll probably receive. I was new to the area and very unfamiliar with auto repair shops, however needed my car serviced and ended up at Beach Boya Automotive. Fantastic service! Ran into vehicle problems the day before we were supposed to travel back home from vacation. They squeezed us in on short notice and did a GREAT job.
I would highly recommend Beach Boyz Auto Repair. While down on vacation I had some car troubles. Stan and his staff treated me like I was one of there regular customers from the moment I walked in the door. They gave me a ride back to my resort and started working on my car shortly after. By the end of the day my car was fixed and I was on my way. Thank You !!
