I had issues with my wired smoke alarms/carbon monoxide units. I called and they were willing to come right over. I was at work at the time and couldn’t meet them, they scheduled for the next morning. Fortunately I was able to simply replace the batteries. If the customer service was this great at the beginning, I can only imagine how awesome their services are. I recommend solely on that one experience.
Had a great experience with Beach Bound -am In Bethany, had a kitchen light & switch that needed replacing and not a lot of time to get it done, Mike from Beach Bound responded quickly and did a great job with the installation, working late at night to get it done

Mike was recommended for a repair that needed help with quickly. Mike returned our call immediately and assisted/repaired a broken bed with a quick turnaround time. Very pleasant over the phone, great communication, and highly recommended.
