I have been training with Holly for many months now. Over the last few decades I have experienced many different trainers but Holly is the best. She knows how to push her clients the right amount, tackle injuries, keeps training fun and varies workouts every session without fail. It has never been boring and sessions are so effective and over before you know it. Can’t recommend Holly highly enough!

I got all my motivation for exercise back training alongside other mums and having Holly as our trainer! Sessions are fun and challenging and definitely show results, kids always enjoy a run around near us or just enjoy watching us too! Highly Recommend to all mums trying to get there energy levels and fitness back!

Most fun environment to get a damn good work out. Quick but efficient! Holly is so good with all of the babies as well to make sure you get the work out you need. I’ve literally seen her with a baby in each arm while rocking a pram with one foot at the same time as giving instructions for the next work out. She’s amazing.
