I’ve lived here for almost a year and a half, and my overall experience has been very positive. I only had two maintenance issues, and both were handled quickly. The area is quiet and feels safe, and the neighbors are friendly and respectful. The location is also very convenient—close to my office, daily necessities, and the beach. I've lived here for almost two years and my experience has been great overall. Only had a couple of maintenance issues which were tended to quickly. It's quiet and feels safe. Neighbors are friendly and respectful. The location is perfect...super close to my office as well as necessities and the beach. Already planning to renew for a third year when the time comes. I do wish there was a bit more in terms of amenities, like a pool or small gym. But this is also an older complex so I understand that's not feasible!
The new property manager Michelle is the best we have had. She is always so pleasant and makes you feel so welcomed when you go into the office . I see her walking around picking up trash if she sees any, talking to everyone and she was even here late cleaning the office. She seems really dedicated and I am happy she is here .
My husband and I have been tenants at beach bluff for 19 years. So if your looking for a place to rent and call home stop by and check them out!! Management is great, location is great and we have wonderful neighbors.
I have lived here for five years now And I was honestly looking for a different location because of the manager we had Adina! I am so very excited about our new manager, Michele! After talking with the new manager, I have quit looking for other places and do plan to sign another lease when this one is up. I love the pop-up breakfast Michele recently did it was so convenient on my way out to work, especially since I was in a hurry!
