I called about a piece of jewelry and spoke with the manager, Angela. She was helpful, found the item and I asked if she could mail it to me. She agreed and when I received it, she had charged me incorrectly for tax (I live in DE which is tax free when it is mailed to that state.) I called to ask her about it. Store is nice, but the workers discouraged me from buying anything due to inappropriate and negative comments about customers and their weight.

Got two rings at gold fill price point and was told they were gold fill and not plated, I asked because plated does not last on my skin. The gold wore off within 2 weeks, so they were definitely not fill and they were plated but highly advertise as fill. Also, who I assume was the owner was not very nice, when I asked if they were fill or plated she cut me off and gave a short answer. The staff here is so incredibly rude!!! My daughter was looking at a bracelet and the woman came up to her literally grabbed it out of her hand and said that’s not going to fit you and don’t stretch it. It was a stretchy bracelet!!! They had nice stuff but I would not buy anything here just on sheer principle.
