I went to Beach Bling for my birthday trip to Cape May and bought some lovely pieces. Some earrings I bought I lost and another store found them and returned them to Beach Bling. Someone contacted me from there after tracking me down and I confirmed they were mine, they agreed to ship them to me at no extra cost and I am so happy! I just received a tracking number for the earrings today and I’m so excited to receive them thanks to the kindness of the people working at this store!
Super cute store with lots of good finds
The jewerly is amazing however the woman at the register was very rude. I walked up with 3 bracelets and she charged me and gave me them. She charged me 102 and then told me she needed them back and RECHARGED ME 158. She huffed and puffed at me and even my friends thought she was so rude so I know it wasnt me. It was upsetting because I was excited about the price and ready to go after she handed me them, just for her to be rude about it and upcharge it. Very sketchy and rude. The worst experience; my young child came into the store with me who is 7. We went to look at rings the owner continued to state “ there is nothing her size” I said ok thank you…. We found another one we picked up that fit she asks us “not to touch the rings” all while multiple people were picking up rings and shopping around us. My daughter didn’t touch a single ring while in there as she was just pointing to ones she liked. She continued her rude comments throughout us being in the store while it was completely packed. What a beautiful shop! So glad I found this gem in Cape May. The jewelry is unique, fresh and a lot to choose from. I am like a kid in the candy store when I go in. Customer service is very helpful and courteous. Thank you Beach Bling!
