Store is nice, but the workers discouraged me from buying anything due to inappropriate and negative comments about customers and their weight.

Got two rings at gold fill price point and was told they were gold fill and not plated, I asked because plated does not last on my skin. The gold wore off within 2 weeks, so they were definitely not fill and they were plated but highly advertise as fill. Also, who I assume was the owner was not very nice, when I asked if they were fill or plated she cut me off and gave a short answer. The staff here is so incredibly rude!!! My daughter was looking at a bracelet and the woman came up to her literally grabbed it out of her hand and said that’s not going to fit you and don’t stretch it. It was a stretchy bracelet!!! They had nice stuff but I would not buy anything here just on sheer principle.
Great store and prices. I do have to agree with the other reviews on here. The woman ringing me up was not friendly at all. I said to her you have a very nice store(not sure if she was the owner) she did say thank you but with no emotion. I said getting some of my Christmas shopping done she did respond with i hear that alot, again with no emotion. I just felt like she was very cold, some people shouldn’t work with the public.
