I purchased a ring while on vacation in late July. Before purchasing, I asked an employee who was at the front desk the quality of the ring. Specifically asked if it would tarnish, the employee said no, and also told me that it was made of “solid brass”. I purchased the ring(see second photo of what it’s supposed to look like). I am not one to ever write negative reviews but I feel compelled to write this one because it has been several times now this awful customer service has happened. The older woman who stands behind the checkout desk is consistently rude and nasty upon just entering the store- doesn’t greet you, or acknowledge your presence. Asking a simple question such as, “what size is this?” or “is this Sterling Silver”, or even “when do you close tonight?”, prompts a rude and cold response, that makes you feel bad for even asking in the f... read more

Witnessed the “owner” today treating a customer very poorly, while talking to them in a rude and unprofessional manor. From what I gathered, the customer was upset about the timeframe of a repair. To which the owner stood out of her chair and lost her cool. Will definitely be doing business elsewhere
