If youre visiting CB or live here year round, I highlt suggest going to practice with Gina. I've had a wonderful time practicing and learning from Gina these last 4 months. Gina is a fantastic yoga teacher. She holds a beautiful space for you to explore and connect with your body while practicing yoga in the sand. Gina is a wonderful instructor! I had a great time practicing yoga with her several times during my family vacation. She is intuitive, friendly and a joy to be around. Don’t miss out on her sessions on the beach! You can find her by the “Beach Blanket Yoga” flag that she has out

Gina is the yoga queen! My friends and I felt we we're in good hands from start to finish. It was a gradual flow so we never felt we were being flung into something we hadn't prepared for but at the same time she will work ya. EARN THOSE DONUTS AND BEERS, TAKE A BEACH BLANKET YOGA CLASS. She's also a local, so happy to guide people visiting from other places. Just an all-around sweetheart and she makes your trip memorable and make sure you pay her for her time ;)

Gina was amazing! My mom and I took her class on Mother’s Day and she was very uplifting and set the tone for the rest of our day. She explained each pose step by step so if you are a beginner she can cater to that!

I was in Carolina beach from Va for a long weekend and saw Ginas beach yoga sign I had a amazing sun am yoga class , I wish I could do yoga on the beach every week , thanks Gina !! Martha 💕🙏🧘‍♂️
