I came in for my first class yesterday and absolutely loved it! Gayle (the owner) was the instructor of the class and made sure to introduce herself and ask what my pilates background was to ensure I was comfortable during class. The class itself was perfect! Her moves were challenging but were perfect to give a good burn. Overall, I loved it and am already thinking about purchasing a membership! Highly recommend!

Gayle gave us an amazing private reformer class for my sister’s bachelorette! She explained every move and made us feel so welcome in the studio. My sister also loved her bride goodie bag! This was the perfect addition to our trip.

As an instructor I know the value of studio atmosphere. Gayle has created such a loving & welcoming environment that you just can’t help but fall in love with our little beach studio. I feel honored to have found a home here. 🩷

Excellent instructors! The classes are fun, challenging, and still accessible for all levels. I also appreciate that they stay true to real reformer Pilates and actually use the machines for most of the class. It makes the workout feel meaningful and well-structured. Great atmosphere and great place to train!!
