DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They quoted me a price of 190.00 over the phone, I repeated it three times to confirm and was told yes 190. 115 for front roters and additional 75 for front brakes with their groupon offer. I bring my car today like scheduled and get told by Carlos that the price is 260. meanwhile I had my car at a shop yesterday that quoted me 250 for the work. Recommended5 stars-would add more if I could. They have done work on multiple cars that I own. All work done exceptionally on time and less than anywhere else. I have been to many auto service shops. This is the best I’ve found in many many years.
very professional and exactly what they promised
These people are crooks. Bought a full synthetic oil change on Groupon and there was absolutely no mention of extra purchase cost for filter’s, “extra parts” or anything else. I’ve used Groupon for oil changes before and I’ve never been charge extra on top of the Groupon. Stay away from these crooks!
This is my second experience with Beach Auto Service. The first occasion, my car diagnostic indicated a bad coil #5, and I was due for 100K tune-up. They did a teriffic tune up, and identified the same coil issue, fixed perfectly, no nonsense. On this occasion, I cam in for 4 brake pad replacements. While doing the job, Carlos came out and said I only needed to replace the front two, as the rear pads still had approximately 60% left on them.
