Steve was great! Came out right away and diagnosed the problem with our ice maker. He could have charged us to fix part of it and then we would have to gamble if the other parts were working correctly. Instead he explained everything and the pros and cons of repairing vs replacing. Recommended a good, local company to consider for a replacement. Very professional!
